Bienvenidos a mi pagina web.
Despues de cuatro años viviendo en San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, MX ya no se puede decir que estoy viajando. Tengo algo de nostalgia por los dias del pintor muchilero cargando su caballete de playas a montañas, zonas arqueologicos en la densa selva hasta ciudades coloniales pintando cuadros de mis aventuras. Pero establecer un taller, sembrar un jardin desarollar relaciones mas profundas tambien tiene su encanto. De hecho ya trabajo como Profesor de Artes en la UNICACH en Tuxtla Gutierrez. Sigo pintando paisajes urbanos y despues de muchos experimentos al fin estoy saccando ceramica de mi horno de leña.

After four years living in San Cristobal de las Casas en the southernmost tip of Mexico on can hardly say anymore that i was traveling. Though I think back with considerable nostalgia to the days as a backpacking painter, lugging an easel from beaches to mountains, painting scenes of Mayan Temples to Colonial Cities in their decaying splendor.... But settling down and establishing a workshop has its rewards. I am still painting urban landscapes in watercolor and oil, as well as finally producing Ceramics in my studio out back. It has taken long months of experimentation, but the pots are finally coming out nicely in my woodburning kiln.
